Role Overview

We are looking for a committed Collections Manager to oversee the recovery process of overdue accounts. The ideal candidate will manage collections activities, lead the team towards achieving recovery goals, and maintain strict adherence to company policies.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and direct collection efforts to manage outstanding debts effectively.
Ensure collection targets are met or exceeded consistently.
Monitor team performance and provide guidance for improvement.
Liaise with customers to arrange payment settlements and resolve related queries.
Identify and address issues that hinder recovery processes promptly.
Compile and present comprehensive reports on collection status and activities.
Maintain compliance with organizational standards and legal regulations.

Qualifications and Eligibility
