Baya Bar is a rapidly expanding açaí bowl and smoothie chain with 43 locations, recognized for its fresh, vibrant offerings and lively brand character. We are seeking a creative and personable Content Creator & Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

Produce compelling photo and video content tailored for social media channels including Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
Travel to multiple Baya Bar outlets to document in-store atmospheres, customer interactions, and product imagery.
Participate as on-camera talent in social media visuals, such as videos, reels, and promotional initiatives.
Assist in crafting and arranging social media posts along with marketing materials.
Support development of marketing collateral like flyers, promotional graphics, and digital campaigns.
Work closely with the corporate marketing team to generate innovative content concepts and execute marketing plans.
Help oversee content calendars and manage marketing documentation related to campaigns and projects.
Keep abreast of evolving social media trends, varied content formats, and best marketing techniques to maintain brand relevance and engagement.
