Role overview

AlertMedia is hiring a Contract Recruiter for the next few months, with the possibility of an extension. This position is onsite in the United States and involves 20 to 40 hours of work per week. The recruiter will support hiring for a fast-growing SaaS business and should be comfortable using AI-enabled recruiting tools to improve efficiency while preserving a personalized candidate experience.

What you will do

You will own full-cycle recruiting for a range of technical and business positions, from intake meetings through offer acceptance. A major part of the role is working closely with hiring managers to shape sourcing and hiring plans that match business needs. You will also build talent pipelines, engage candidates through multiple channels, coordinate interviews, maintain accurate records in Greenhouse, and ensure candidates have a smooth and positive journey through the process.

Technology and sourcing approach

The role calls for experience with Greenhouse as the applicant tracking system and strong familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing methods. You will be expected to use modern recruiting tools, including AI-powered solutions such as ChatGPT or similar platforms, to improve sourcing, outreach personalization, pipeline development, and recruiter productivity.
