Job description
Overview
We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Copilot Developer with a solid background in Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, and Enterprise Application Development. The role involves designing, building, and implementing AI-driven Copilot solutions, automating workflows, and integrating complex enterprise systems utilizing Microsoft technologies.
Main Responsibilities
- Create intelligent applications leveraging Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform.
- Develop and improve Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps.
- Manage and automate workflows using Power Automate.
- Implement AI use cases that employ Azure OpenAI, large language models, and Copilot features.
- Handle and maintain Dataverse configurations, plugins, and specialized business rules.
- Integrate Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, SAP, Salesforce, and other external systems through REST APIs.
- Author server-side logic using Azure Functions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and create scalable technical solutions.
- Adhere to best practices for security, governance, application lifecycle management, and deployment.
- Engage in code reviews, testing phases, debugging, and support of production environments.
Essential Skills
- Expertise in Microsoft Power Platform components including Power Apps, Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure OpenAI technologies.
- Proficiency in Azure Functions and Power Platform plugin development.
- Strong ability to integrate via REST APIs.
- Programming skills in JavaScript, C#, Python, and Java.
- Experience in enterprise application development and automation.
Preferred Technical Abilities
- Familiarity with AI Builder, Power Pages, and Dynamics 365.
- Knowledge of prompt engineering, Semantic Kernel, LangChain, and AutoGen frameworks.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, and implementing CI/CD pipelines.
Experience and Qualifications
- Between 4.5 and 11 years of experience in IT, with hands-on Power Platform development.
- Background in building AI-powered automation solutions involving Copilot or generative AI.
- Proven capabilities in integrating enterprise systems and APIs.
- Certifications are advantageous, including Microsoft Power Platform PL-100, PL-200, PL-400, and Microsoft Azure AI certifications.
