Role Responsibilities
- Quantify all components essential to developing cost plans.
- Determine prices for individual cost plan items based on first principles, including engaging with the market when necessary.
- Generate comprehensive cost reports to inform project decisions.
- Evaluate tender submissions and prepare recommendation reports for tender awards.
- Review contractor variations to assess impact on project costs.
- Analyze contractor payment claims and formulate payment recommendations directed to the Superintendent.
- Gather and compile benchmarking and market intelligence data to support cost management activities.
- Leverage Turner & Townsend's digital platform, the Hive, to deliver and implement all required outputs.
Candidate Qualifications
- Possess 2 to 3 years of professional experience post graduation.
- Hold membership or be on the path to membership with AIQS or RICS.
- Familiarity with the cost management software CostX is preferred.
- Experience covering the full project lifecycle, including pre-contract, procurement, and post-contract phases.
