We are a progressive e-commerce enterprise specializing in the global development, production, and distribution of premium accessories designed specifically for bodyweight training, also known as Calisthenics. Our goal is to empower athletes worldwide by enabling completely flexible training independent of fitness studios, accessible anytime and anywhere.

In 2023, we expanded our mission through the launch of our new brand CLEVO: Climbing Evolution, offering personalized climbing modules that allow climbing and bouldering enthusiasts to train comfortably at home.

Position Summary

We are seeking a full-time Creative Designer to join our marketing team in Munich. This role involves conceptualizing and producing visual content for our brands and products across prominent social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and create engaging image content to promote our brands and products on diverse social media channels.
• Conduct visual research and collaborate within the creative team to generate innovative image concepts.
• Support photoshoot sessions and manage post-production refinement of photography material.
• Develop graphics for our online shop including product visuals, banners, and additional assets.
• Design promotional materials such as advertisements, flyers, and other print or digital formats as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of professional experience in content creation, preferably at a digital agency or within an e-commerce setting, or recently completed related studies or training.
• Completed creative education or degree focusing on design or marketing.
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud tools (Photoshop, InDesign, etc.) and Canva.
• Highly reliable, detail-oriented, with a strong commitment to quality and a passion for digital media.
• Possess a creative mindset with a keen sense for aesthetics and current trends.
• Ideally enjoys fitness or climbing, demonstrating enthusiasm for the sector.
• Fluent in German at native level and excellent verbal and written English skills.
• Additional advantage: experience and technical know-how to produce high-quality images using DSLR cameras.
