Job Overview

This full-time onsite Custodian role involves various maintenance and cleaning tasks to ensure a safe and clean environment. Work primarily occurs during evening or night shifts, requiring independence and flexibility.

Responsibilities

Manage trash and waste by hauling to collection points, breaking down cardboard and recyclables, and safely disposing of hazardous materials.
Operate and service cleaning machines like vacuums and floor buffers, maintain organized supplies, and report when stock is low.
Properly clean and store equipment after use.
Set up and dismantle event spaces when needed.
Support minor repair and maintenance tasks around the facilities.
Adhere to safety and health standards at all times.
Inform management of any accidents or safety hazards observed.

The position demands flexibility and the capability to work independently during evening or night hours.
