About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Convert warm CRM-generated leads into confirmed property sales, avoiding cold calling.
Facilitate site visits and provide expert property consultations to potential clients.
Negotiate deals effectively and close high-value transactions.

Candidate Profile

Experience ranging from 6 months up to 4 years in B2C, direct, field, or inside sales roles.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi; knowledge of Kannada, Telugu, or Tamil is advantageous.
Preferred to have a graduate degree.
Possession of a two-wheeler is mandatory for role requirements.

Location: Multiple locations within Bangalore, Karnataka.
Workweek consists of 5 days, an uncommon benefit in sales roles.
Earn a competitive compensation package of INR 30000 to 100000 per month, with an annual CTC between 400000 to 600000 plus uncapped incentive earnings—top earners make over INR 100000 monthly.
