Pivotal Sec Plus is expanding and seeks a skilled CVIT Driver to join our dynamic team based in Leigh, Auckland, New Zealand. Our company excels in providing comprehensive cash management and security services across the UK and Ireland, specializing in CVIT, coin services, ATM maintenance, cash management, and foreign exchange operations. Job Role and Responsibilities

• Drive company vehicles to service clients across the region and UK, following designated routes to ensure timely collection and delivery of cash and coin.
• Handle cash and coin safely, lifting and carrying heavy containers using proper manual handling techniques.
• Operate day-to-day machinery within the Secure Area, including cleaning and basic maintenance.
• Use PDA devices and company computer systems effectively after receiving full training.
• Adhere strictly to company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure working environment.
• Wear provided PPE, including body armor, helmet, and safety footwear, during all duties.

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in the Cash and Valuables In Transit (CVIT) industry is essential.
• Must hold a valid SIA Licence for CVIT work in the UK.
• Possess a minimum of 2-3 years of van driving experience.
• Demonstrate effective communication skills and the ability to work independently and within a team.
• Approachable with strong interpersonal skills and capable of organizational prioritization.
• Ability to remain calm and work accurately under strict guidelines and challenging situations.

Desirable

Familiarity with relevant legislation and compliance requirements within the UK CVIT sector is preferred.

Security Checks

• Will undergo thorough background checks including 10-year employment history, adverse financial credit, DBS criminal record, driving license verification, and SIA license validation.

Working Conditions and Benefits

• Work schedule follows a Monday to Sunday rota totaling 40 hours per week.
• The hourly wage is £13.37, paid monthly via bank transfer.
• Automatic enrollment in the company pension scheme after three months of service, if eligible.
• Holiday allowance includes 4 weeks annually plus 8 statutory days.
