Key Responsibilities

  • Aggregate, manipulate, and analyze TMF Group’s global procurement spend data to create clear and concise reports for senior leadership.
  • Offer data-driven recommendations to guide vendor selection and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Ensure procurement data accuracy, relevance, and timely delivery.
  • Lead procurement initiatives focused on market analysis to uncover cost reduction potentials and aid direct vendor negotiations.
  • Manage the global Occupancy Analysis Program by automating the monthly collection of office usage data and delivering insightful workplace occupancy reports.
  • Maintain and update real-time data for TMF Group’s portfolio of 140 office locations through the Power BI platform.
  • Ensure lease tracker data is current through automated updates.
  • Manage Savings and Capital Expenditure (CapEx) tracking related to real estate projects and present related findings.
  • Support the formulation of strategic real estate documents including presentations such as Greenlight PPT, business cases, and financial analyses.
  • Assist with financial assessments for leasing and renovation projects.
  • Support lease transactions by coordinating with internal teams and external vendors during contract negotiations and renewals.
  • Collaborate with Market management, Legal, IT, and Finance departments to build strong stakeholder relations.
  • Engage in continuous process improvement efforts to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in data analysis, preferably in procurement or real estate operations.
  • Proficiency in managing and interpreting global occupancy and procurement data.
  • Experience with Power BI for creating dashboards and enabling real-time reporting.
  • Ability to automate data collection and reporting workflows for occupancy and lease tracking.
  • Strong understanding of corporate real estate functions and lease management processes.
  • Experience with financial analysis related to leasing and office renovation projects.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with lease management tools.
  • Ability to convert complex data into clear and actionable insights for diverse stakeholders.
