• Collaborate with the data engineering team to upgrade and refine the data warehouse systems.
• Create tools that enhance stakeholders' operational efficiency.
• Design and deploy compelling data visualizations, including reports and dashboards, tailored for management and business users.
• Analyze and define essential business metrics to generate actionable insights that support continual growth in the Retail Finance segment.

Candidate Profile

• Possess a Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Business Analytics, Information Technology, Finance, Banking, or related discipline.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python is required.
• Demonstrate critical thinking with structured problem-solving skills.
• Able to thrive and collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams within fast-paced settings.
• Basic understanding of accounting or finance is advantageous.
• Prior experience in finance or banking sectors is an added benefit.
• Background in business intelligence and analytics within e-commerce is also favorable.
