Data Entry Clerk

Role overview

An opportunity is open for a meticulous Data Entry Clerk to support a project site team in Dubai. This position is suited to someone with construction-sector exposure and practical experience using SAP for entering data, tracking materials, and maintaining project paperwork.

Key responsibilities

• Update and maintain project information in SAP and other internal systems with a high level of accuracy.
• Log material receipts, inventory movements, purchase requests, and delivery details.
• Keep site records, logs, and project files organized and up to date.
• Check information for accuracy and work with relevant teams to fix inconsistencies.
• Prepare SAP-based reports for the project management team when needed.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Warehouse, Finance, and Site Engineering teams to ensure data is entered correctly and on time.
• Manage both digital and physical documentation for the project.
• Support the team with additional administrative and clerical tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• 2 to 3 years of experience working as a Data Entry Clerk or Site Administrator within the construction industry.
• Mandatory hands-on experience with SAP.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Word.
• Fast and accurate typing ability with strong attention to detail.
• Well-developed organizational and communication skills.
• Able to handle pressure and meet deadlines in a site-based project setting.
• Preference will be given to candidates who can join immediately or are serving a notice period of up to 15 days.
