Key Responsibilities

  • Set clear goals and priorities aligned with enterprise directives and model leadership behaviors that foster partnerships across HR and the wider organization.
  • Prepare monthly internal reporting and documentation for managerial approval, manage month-end financial closures including purchasing and inventory sub-ledgers, and handle journal entries and general ledger transactions.
  • Coordinate quarterly and annual audit documentation and serve as a liaison with both internal and external auditors.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Adult Education, or a closely related discipline.
  • Master’s degree in Organizational Development, Adult Education, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, or related fields.
  • Professional accreditation such as CHRL, Organizational Development certification, or executive coaching credentials.
  • At least eight years of progressive experience in talent management, learning, or organizational development roles.
