Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned E-Commerce Operations Coordinator to join our team in Doha, Qatar. This role involves managing and streamlining daily e-commerce activities to ensure efficient order processing and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily e-commerce operations including order fulfillment processes.
Liaise and coordinate with warehouse staff, customer service representatives, and delivery teams to ensure smooth operations.
Monitor inventory levels to maintain accuracy and availability of stock.
Track order statuses, handle cancellations and refunds effectively.
Compile operational reports and contribute to the enhancement of processes.

Qualifications and Skills Required

Possess a bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain, Logistics, E-Commerce, or a related discipline.
Have at least 3 years of relevant professional experience in e-commerce operations or a similar field.
Proficiency in Excel, ERP platforms, inventory management systems, and order processing.
Strong communication abilities, coordination skills, and adept at problem-solving.
