Role Overview

The Ecommerce Manager position at Link My Books is a part-time hybrid role located in Sharjah with an option for remote work flexibility. The primary focus is managing daily e-commerce activities, including monitoring sales performance on various platforms, enhancing product listings, and ensuring seamless integration with accounting systems for accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyzing sales and operational data to detect patterns and uncover opportunities for growth.
• Supporting business strategies through planning, forecasting, and refining workflows to optimize processes.
• Collaborating effectively with internal departments, partners, and customers to enhance overall workflows and customer satisfaction.
• Handling customer and partner inquiries, onboarding assistance, and addressing operational concerns to maintain strong relationships.
• Taking full ownership of e-commerce procedures and continuously striving to improve sales effectiveness and operational efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong analytical capabilities to interpret e-commerce data and derive actionable insights.
• Experience in business planning including setting goals and optimizing operational workflows.
• Excellent communication skills for working with internal teams, partners, and clients professionally.
• Customer service aptitude to resolve queries and sustain positive interactions with sellers and accountants.
• Knowledge of sales operations such as monitoring listings and performance on multiple sales channels to foster revenue growth.
• Familiarity with popular e-commerce platforms like Amazon, eBay, Shopify, and Etsy along with a foundation in accounting or bookkeeping.
• Capacity to work independently in a hybrid model efficiently managing priorities and tasks.
• Previous experience in e-commerce management, online retail, or SaaS products is advantageous; possession of a diploma or degree in business, commerce, or related areas is preferred.
