Role Overview
This role involves delivering extensive administrative and strategic assistance to the CEO. It demands outstanding organizational capabilities, meticulous attention to detail, discretion, and adeptness at juggling multiple tasks within a fast-paced, global corporate setting. The Executive Assistant acts as an extension of the CEO, ensuring smooth daily operations and efficient communication with both internal and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee the CEO's daily agenda, meetings, and appointments to optimize time usage.
- Arrange comprehensive travel plans including flights, lodging, transport, and detailed schedules.
- Serve as the main contact point between the CEO and various stakeholders, professionally managing emails, calls, and business correspondence.
- Prepare executive meeting documents such as agendas, minutes, presentations, and reports, and ensure follow-up on arising actions.
- Safeguard sensitive, confidential, and strategic information with utmost professionalism.
- Process expense claims, prepare documents, and perform office management duties when required.
Candidate Profile
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Studies, Communications, or related discipline is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting high-level executives or C-suite members.
- Background in administration, office management, customer service, or client-facing roles is advantageous.
- Exceptional organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the capacity to engage professionally with diverse stakeholders.
- High ethical standards with a proven track record handling confidential and sensitive data discreetly.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools.
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English and Korean are essential to collaborate effectively with local and South Korean headquarters personnel.
