Main Responsibilities

• Manage coordination with various tool-installation contractors to ensure precise equipment hookups for new installations, conversions, removals, and relocations, adhering to stringent quality standards, dynamic timelines, and planned budgets.
• Collaborate with fabrication equipment managers to secure utilities release following predefined schedules and promptly update tool release statuses.
• Strictly comply with safety and environmental protocols, including Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) regulations, risk evaluations, safe working procedures, and permit-to-work systems.
• Engage proactively in safety initiatives by participating in discussions, training sessions, and promoting safe work methods.
• Conduct routine inspections of work areas to spot chances to improve safety, cleanliness, organization, and operational efficiency.
• Maintain consistent, respectful communication with peers and vendors involved in tool installation to share all pertinent information clearly.
• Keep supervisors well-informed about work progression and report any irregular observations within assigned zones.
• Interpret technical drawings effectively, identifying and flagging any inconsistencies.
• Adhere to area-specific procedures and maintain proper documentation.
• Prioritize and manage tasks independently to fulfill schedule demands and expectations.
• Troubleshoot tool-related utilities and cleanroom system challenges.
• Conduct utilities activation upon completion of installations.
• Perform testing and balancing of exhaust systems for manufacturing tools when necessary.
• Measure utility consumption for tools accurately.
• Utilize data organization, calculation, and visualization techniques for utilities tracking and flow measurement.
• Execute site tasks in alignment with Facilities Discipline standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
• Experience working in semiconductor and cleanroom environments.
• Previous exposure to facilities management or wafer fabrication manufacturing equipment is advantageous.
