About the Role

We are urgently seeking a Field Collection Executive for BatterySmart to manage recovery operations related to overdue payments. This role involves active engagement with customers, primarily e-rickshaw drivers, to ensure timely recovery and maintain cordial relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Recover overdue payments directly in the field.
Maintain consistent follow-up and build rapport with e-rickshaw drivers.
Meet daily and monthly collection targets.
Identify and report default cases promptly.
Update recovery progress accurately in the designated application.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum education level of 12th grade pass.
At least one year of experience in recovery or field sales roles.
Possession of a motorcycle and a valid driving license.
Strong communication capabilities and negotiation skills.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary can reach up to ₹24,000 as total cost to company, along with performance-based incentives.
