Front Desk Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking a Front Desk Manager to oversee the reception and resident management at Bliss Coliving Spaces located in Guntur, Andhra Pradesh. This role involves handling inquiries, managing tenant records, rent collection, and coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth front desk operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to phone calls, walk-in visitors, and online queries regarding room availability, explaining rent, facilities, and house rules.
• Assist prospective tenants with booking and check-in procedures.
• Maintain comprehensive tenant records including identification, agreements, and payment details.
• Manage move-in and move-out processes efficiently while addressing tenant concerns or complaints promptly.
• Track monthly rent payments, issue receipts, maintain payment records, and send reminders for due payments.
• Handle front desk operations such as answering phones, managing visitor entries, receiving parcels, and logging visitors.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams to address repair requests and ensure service quality.
• Enforce property rules related to guest behavior, visitor timings, and monitor entry and exit for safety.
• Maintain registers, spreadsheets, and documentation related to occupancy and room allocations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Effective communication skills in the local language along with basic proficiency in English.
• Fundamental computer abilities including Excel, WhatsApp, and email handling.
• A courteous and service-oriented attitude.
• Capability to multitask and maintain composure while solving problems patiently.

Compensation: The salary ranges from 15000 to 20000 INR per month.
