About The Position

Join a fast-expanding AI SaaS startup backed by Y Combinator, specializing in sales automation. This hands-on Full-Stack Engineer role demands a proactive individual ready to develop AI-driven systems end-to-end. You'll be part of a tightly-knit, product-focused engineering team delivering scalable AI software solutions to distributors and manufacturers in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect AI-powered systems from the ground up.
• Work closely with full-stack engineers to implement reliable, feature-rich solutions.
• Develop efficient data pipelines for processing vast amounts of unstructured data.
• Manage deployment and maintenance of cloud-hosted applications.
• Ensure backend systems are scalable, stable, and optimized.
• Build reusable, scalable frontend components and APIs.
• Produce clean, maintainable code complemented by appropriate testing.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of full-time software engineering experience.
• Skilled in building AI-enhanced web apps using Next.js/React frontend and Python backend.
• A product-driven approach with demonstrated success in delivering complex web applications.
• Experience with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or GCP and implementing modern CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong background with container tools like Docker and Kubernetes for deployment and orchestration.

Preferred Skills

• Practical experience with ML and NLP technologies including embeddings, vector databases, and RLHF in production.
• Expertise in deploying ML model serving and inference pipelines in live environments.
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL and relational database design.

Compensation and Work Conditions

• Annual salary ranges from $90,000 to $200,000 USD.
