Graphic Designer

About the Role

Spaceshop is a dynamic e-commerce agency focused on Shopify, Magento, and Amazon platforms. We are searching for a talented Graphic Designer to join our team and contribute to the future of digital commerce for our global clientele. This role combines in-office and remote working hours with flexibility, based out of the Greater Toledo, Ohio area.

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure all creative outputs fulfill client requirements and meet quality standards.
• Lead and manage design projects from initial concepts through to final production.
• Develop creative ideas aligned with briefs and establish style and brand guides as needed.
• Document visual and stylistic guidelines tailored to audiences and brand identity.
• Understand technical specifications and limitations of e-commerce marketplaces and digital platforms.
• Create compelling user experiences through conceptualization and design.
• Prepare final deliverables for handoff to developers, clients, and marketplace coordinators.
• Collaborate across teams including UX, copywriting, project management, and development to translate wireframes into engaging digital content.
• Update and extend brand visual systems consistently across various media with moderate adaptations.
• Assist with product and lifestyle photoshoots and gain hands-on experience with 360 photostudio technology.

Candidate Requirements

• Between 1 to 3 years of experience in digital design, including web and app design, with emerging technology familiarity.
• Strong proficiency in Sketch and Adobe Photoshop.
• Ability to effectively present and communicate design work to internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Experience strictly in digital design; this role does not include print design functions.
• Reside locally within the Toledo metropolitan area.

Additional Information

Full-time employment with a 40-hour workweek.
