Role Overview
The Graphic Designer, reporting to the Regional Marketing Director and collaborating with the Head of Marketing, plays a crucial role in shaping and maintaining Fiduciary Trust International's visual brand identity. This position impacts all marketing channels, such as events, sponsorships, digital and print collateral, social media, thought leadership, advertising, and internal communications. The designer ensures brand consistency while creatively translating complex business goals into engaging visual communications that enhance brand reputation, client engagement, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Define, implement, and advance the firm's visual branding across all client-facing and internal marketing assets, ensuring adherence to high standards of layout, typography, color, and imagery.
- Collaborate with marketing leaders to refine and expand brand guidelines and develop new design templates as marketing capabilities evolve.
- Create and produce diverse marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, infographics, advertisements, emails, social media content, event collateral, and promotional signage for both print and digital platforms.
- Develop polished executive-level PowerPoint presentations and visual graphics that clarify complex information consistent with brand standards.
- Design materials supporting the firm's website, digital marketing, social media campaigns, and thought leadership efforts, optimizing for various audiences and platforms.
- Produce creative assets for client events, conferences, and sponsorships, including invitations, event branding, signage, and digital displays.
- Prepare final print-ready and digital files, ensuring quality, precision, and conformity to brand guidelines.
- Engage early with marketing and business teams to develop visual approaches that effectively convey complex messages and enhance storytelling.
- Incorporate multi-stakeholder feedback while preserving brand integrity and design quality.
- Manage multiple design projects concurrently from concept through delivery, prioritizing deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
- Coordinate with external vendors, printers, and production partners as needed.
- Maintain organized project documentation and digital asset libraries.
- Keep abreast of current design trends, emerging tools, and best practices in print, digital, and presentation design.
- Identify and implement process improvements for creative workflows, templates, and production efficiency.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional background.
- Between 2 to 5 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in financial services or other highly regulated sectors.
- Strong portfolio illustrating expertise across print, digital, and presentation design.
- Advanced skills with Adobe Creative Cloud applications including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
- Experience using Figma for team-oriented design projects and digital asset creation.
- Expertise in crafting executive-level PowerPoint presentations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, especially Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Solid understanding of typography, page layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Working knowledge of print production and digital design best practices.
- Meticulous attention to detail coupled with exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Capability to independently manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills to foster cross-departmental collaboration.

Compensation and Benefits
The role offers a competitive base salary anticipated between $80,000 and $95,000 annually, depending on location and experience level, complemented by a discretionary bonus.
