Role overview

This position focuses on driving home loan sales and supporting the end-to-end loan process for customers in Chennai. The role involves generating business, managing client relationships, and helping move applications smoothly from lead to disbursement.

Key responsibilities

Handle sales for the home loan product and support achievement of business targets.
Bring in customers from the open market using different sourcing channels.
Work on assigned leads and convert them into business opportunities.
Plan and execute sales activities aligned with target achievement.
Support the promotion, development, and preparation of home loan offerings.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Meet customers, check documents, process loan files for sanction, and coordinate loan disbursement.

Compensation

The role offers a monthly pay of INR 17,000 to INR 29,000.
