Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Exhibit a courteous, efficient, and positive service attitude towards customers, clients, and colleagues, adapting to customer needs proactively.
- Keep assigned areas, including ancillary spaces and corridors, clean, tidy, and sanitary, strictly following health and safety guidelines and preventive maintenance protocols.
- Evaluate and implement proper cleaning techniques as per orientation training guidelines.
- Operate housekeeping equipment and cleaning agents safely and effectively under supervisor supervision.
- Disinfect and sterilize tools and supplies when needed, utilizing proper germicides and sterilization processes.
- Follow universal precautions rigorously during the disposal of trash and biohazardous materials.
- Maintain housekeeping carts with essential supplies, ensuring all chemicals are clearly labeled and equipment functions well.
- Foster constructive interpersonal and interdisciplinary interactions while upholding professional behavior consistently.
- Contribute to departmental productivity and operational efficiency improvements.
- Show commitment to ongoing professional development by participating in training programs.
Qualifications & Physical Requirements
- Previous experience in cleaning roles is preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, management, and support teams.
- Ability to adjust quickly to changing work demands.
- The role involves physical activities such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended periods of walking or standing.
- Wearing uniforms and using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be required.
