Role Overview
We seek to promptly onboard a Housekeeping Supervisor who embodies unwavering dedication to excellence, meticulous attention to detail, and passion for ensuring immaculate guest experiences within our active housekeeping team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the housekeeping team to maintain outstanding service that guarantees flawless guest experiences.
- Act as the deputy to the Housekeeping Manager, serving as the primary contact for all housekeeping-related matters.
- Conduct regular quality inspections of all guest rooms and housekeeping areas with the team to identify and rectify any deficiencies.
- Monitor and efficiently manage cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure cost-effective operations and workflow.
- Perform inventory checks and place orders for cleaning materials to maintain adequate stock levels.
- Coordinate special projects such as renovations and events requiring customized cleaning protocols.
- Collaborate closely with other departments including Front Office, Maintenance, and Administration to ensure smooth operations and effectively address guest complaints.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience in housekeeping along with initial supervisory and leadership capabilities.
- Proficiency in both German and English languages.
- A strong commitment to delivering outstanding guest service combined with enthusiasm for the hospitality industry.
- Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to provide practical advice and recommendations.
- Personal integrity coupled with the capacity to work in a high-performance, demanding environment.
- Comfort and adaptability with digital tools and swift learning of new systems.
- Excellent communication skills.
