About the Role
Join an iconic team at Ayers Rock Resort as a Housekeeping Supervisor based onsite in Yulara, Northern Territory, just a 20-minute drive from Uluru—one of Australia's most famed and culturally valued landmarks. This role calls for an enthusiastic and experienced leader to manage and guide the housekeeping team, focusing on conflict resolution, effective communication, and team leadership while upholding presentation standards.
Primary Responsibilities
- Oversee housekeeping team operations, ensuring completion of daily tasks promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain high-quality presentation standards of guest rooms and resort facilities.
- Review and develop standard operating procedures aligned with company policies to optimize workplace efficiency.
