Job Overview

We are seeking a knowledgeable HR Executive proficient in comprehensive payroll management and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in payroll processing, statutory regulations, and employee lifecycle management, coupled with advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end payroll processes efficiently.
Navigate and operate EPFO and ESIC portals effectively.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund, gratuity, and bonus regulations.
Utilize advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, PivotTables, IF formulas, and SUMIF/SUMIFS for payroll reconciliation and data analysis.
Oversee attendance, leave tracking, and payroll systems management.
Coordinate employee onboarding and exit formalities systematically.
Prepare accurate HR-related letters, reports, and employee documents.
Maintain high levels of confidentiality in handling payroll and employee records.
Demonstrate strong numerical aptitude and meticulous attention to detail.
Exhibit effective communication skills and capabilities in managing employee interactions.
Work independently to meet deadlines and complete assigned tasks thoroughly.
