Human Resource Manager

About the Role

B New Mobiles Private Limited is seeking an experienced Human Resource Manager to oversee our HR functions in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related discipline, along with 5 to 10 years of HR experience, preferably in the retail sector.

Primary Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete recruitment process from planning to final selection, working closely with department heads to identify staffing needs.
• Manage onboarding activities including inductions and formal joining procedures to ensure smooth assimilation of new employees.
• Address employee grievances promptly and foster engaging programs to maintain a positive organizational culture.
• Supervise attendance monitoring, leave management, and ensure timely salary processing in collaboration with payroll.
• Maintain comprehensive HR records and documentation for compliance and operational efficiency.
• Implement and manage performance management systems, including appraisals, goal setting, and supporting improvement plans where necessary.
• Identify training requirements, coordinate relevant programs, and evaluate their effectiveness to enhance workforce skills.
• Ensure adherence to labor laws and internal policies, maintaining and updating HR policies and SOPs as needed, and managing audits and statutory inspections.
• Handle exit processes, including notice period management, full and final settlements, and conduct exit interviews to gather feedback for organizational improvement.

Compensation

The role offers a monthly salary ranging from 55,000 to 70,000 Indian Rupees.
