Role overview

Join Deloitte India’s Talent Acquisition team in Mumbai and contribute to hiring for a specific business area. The role is focused on helping source and engage candidates, support the hiring process, and strengthen the overall applicant experience while working in a purpose-driven environment.

What you will do

• Identify and attract candidates through digital sourcing channels such as social platforms and professional networks, building a strong mix of active and passive talent to meet hiring needs and productivity goals.
• Maintain clear, prompt communication with candidates throughout the recruitment journey and make sure their needs are addressed.
• Use job descriptions and interview questions that are aligned to each role’s requirements.
• Evaluate candidate fit with reference to internal parity.
• Keep candidates engaged with regular touchpoints until joining, while ensuring a strong candidate experience.
• Revisit past applicants and other potential talent to strengthen the hiring pipeline.
