Job Location and Type
Positions available in Mumbai and Dubai; this is a full-time, on-site role.
Overview
We seek motivated Inside Sales Representatives tasked with generating qualified leads to support our sales team in promoting cybersecurity solutions including Next-Generation Firewalls (NGFW), Endpoint Security, Backup Systems, Servers, and Storage products and services. Communication channels will primarily be telephone and email.
Primary Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients aimed at developing new business relationships through cold calling.
- Leverage CRM systems and data mining tools to build and maintain customer databases.
- Identify potential sales opportunities by understanding customer requirements thoroughly.
- Negotiate effectively by aligning the interests of our company and clients, utilizing strong technical knowledge.
- Consistently follow up on leads, qualifications, and build sustainable, valuable accounts.
- Stay informed about industry-leading trends in security, networking, infrastructure, and availability.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 3 to 4 years experience with proven success in lead generation specifically for cybersecurity products and services over phone and email.
- Strong motivation and resilience in cold calling and engaging potential customers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Inside Sales techniques.
- Languages must include fluent English; knowledge of Malayalam and Hindi is beneficial.
