Interior Site Supervisor

Overview

We are looking for a committed Interior Site Supervisor or Site Engineer to manage interior fit-out projects on-site, ensuring all work aligns with approved designs, quality benchmarks, safety protocols, and timelines. The role demands proficient site management and effective coordination with clients, contractors, vendors, and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities related to interior fit-out at the project site.
• Ensure execution adheres strictly to approved drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Coordinate effectively with architects, designers, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Maintain high-quality standards by monitoring workmanship throughout the project.
• Plan and organize site tasks to meet project milestones on time.
• Inspect incoming materials and ensure correct utilization.
• Prepare and maintain daily site progress reports and all relevant project documentation.
• Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and company policies on-site.
• Identify and solve technical issues related to the site promptly.
• Conduct site measurements and verify completed work for billing accuracy.
• Participate in client meetings to provide updates on project progress.
• Monitor labor efficiency and manage material usage to minimize waste.
• Facilitate smooth project handover ensuring all punch-list items are addressed.

Qualifications and Skills

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a closely related discipline.
• 2 to 5 years of experience managing interior fit-out or construction projects.
• Preferably experienced in residential, commercial, or office interior fit-outs.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office is advantageous.
• Strong expertise in interior finishing works such as false ceiling, flooring, painting, carpentry, modular furniture, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC coordination.
• Excellent site supervision, project coordination, team leadership, and labor management skills.
• Proficient problem-solving, decision-making, and time management abilities.
• Competent in quality assurance, effective communication, client relationship handling, technical drawing interpretation, and understanding safety regulations.

Additional Terms and Preferences

• Possession of a valid driving license is preferred should site travel be necessary.
• Willingness to undertake site visits at multiple project locations.
• Preference for candidates able to join immediately.
