About the Role

Our client, a prominent investment firm located in Munich, Bavaria, is seeking a dedicated Investment Associate to enhance their investment team. This role involves close collaboration with senior professionals throughout the investment process.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models, valuation analyses, and investment cases.
Carry out commercial, financial, and operational due diligence on potential investments.
Prepare presentation materials and thorough analyses for investment committee meetings.
Conduct detailed market and industry research to uncover new investment opportunities.
Collaborate extensively with senior team members during all stages of the investment lifecycle.

Candidate Requirements

Possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a closely related field.
Have between two to five years of professional experience in Private Equity, Investment Banking, Mergers & Acquisitions, Strategy Consulting, Transaction Services, or Corporate Finance.
Exhibit strong skills in financial modeling, valuation, data analysis, and problem-solving.
Be fluent in German; additional language skills are advantageous.
