Key Responsibilities

• Deliver first-level technical support addressing hardware and software concerns for internal users.
• Set up and configure desktops, printers, and other peripheral devices.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to Windows operating systems and business applications.
• Manage software installations, updates, and new application deployments.
• Support and troubleshoot local network connectivity issues.
• Assist with onboarding processes, including new user and workstation setups.
• Maintain high standards of customer service while resolving IT issues.
• Document all support activities and keep IT records up-to-date.

Qualifications

• At least six months of experience in desktop support or comparable technical education.
• Proficiency with Windows 10 and Windows 11 environments.
• Fundamental knowledge of PC hardware components and networking concepts.
• Experience supporting Microsoft Office suite and commonly used desktop software.
• Effective communication and strong customer service capabilities.
• Ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve technical problems.
• Certifications such as A+, Network+, or Microsoft are advantageous but not mandatory.
