Role Overview
We seek an accomplished Learning and Development professional to shape and expand SentiLink’s learning initiatives. This foundational position involves crafting the company's comprehensive learning strategy and enhancing both existing and new programs aimed at enhancing employee, manager, and leadership growth throughout their careers.
You will oversee learning across all stages of the employee lifecycle, from onboarding and specialized fraud education to manager and leadership development, performance enablement, and knowledge dissemination. While some programs are established, the majority will require creation and implementation. Your role will be to identify where learning can drive the most impact and deliver practical, effective solutions.
This position reports directly to the Head of People and collaborates extensively with company leadership.

- Facilitate engaging workshops, training sessions, and learning experiences tailored for employees at all levels.
- Enhance knowledge accessibility and sharing through scalable learning resources, documentation, and self-service tools.
- Assess program effectiveness via data and participant feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Serve as the primary steward of learning and development efforts, balancing strategic vision with hands-on program execution.
Required Qualifications
- 6 to 10 years of professional experience in consulting related to learning, change management, or organizational development; or in learning and talent development roles.

- Excellent program management skills, able to independently oversee multiple projects from conception through completion.
- Expertise designing practical and engaging learning experiences for adult learners.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
