Overview

We are seeking a Logistics Executive to oversee import operations and collaborate with both domestic and international vendors to ensure efficient transportation of goods from suppliers to our warehouse and end customers.

Key Duties

Manage import shipments by coordinating with freight forwarders, customs agencies, and transportation partners.
Collaborate with domestic and international suppliers regarding dispatch, required documentation, and delivery timelines.
Monitor shipment progress and guarantee punctual delivery.
Maintain and handle all import/export documentation along with logistics records.
Work closely with internal departments on inventory preparation and order completion.
Proactively address and resolve any logistics or supply chain challenges.

Candidate Profile

Proficiency in spoken and written English is essential.
Strong abilities in communication and coordination.
Prior experience in imports, logistics, or supply chain management is advantageous.
Capability to manage multiple stakeholders and adhere to deadlines.
Highly organized, attentive to detail, and comfortable liaising with international suppliers and logistics partners.

Compensation

The monthly salary for this role ranges from INR 21,000 to INR 25,000.
