Logistics Assistant

About the Role

Dr. Nutrition is seeking a skilled Logistics Assistant with a strong background in export sales to enhance our supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and supervise daily logistics and supply chain activities, including both inbound and outbound shipments.
• Manage transportation arrangements, delivery timing, and shipment tracking to guarantee timely and economical transport of goods.
• Keep track of inventory by performing stock reconciliations, cycle counts, and ensuring precise records in Warehouse Management Systems or Enterprise Resource Planning software.
• Prepare and manage essential logistics and shipping paperwork, such as invoices, packing lists, delivery notes, and customs documents.
• Collaborate effectively with suppliers, carriers, warehouses, and internal teams to facilitate smooth logistics operations.
• Lead the onboarding process for vendors, including verifying documentation, conducting compliance assessments, due diligence, and setting up systems like ERP and CRM.
• Maintain updated and accurate vendor master data and assist in audits and compliance verification.
• Act as the primary logistics liaison for designated customers and support billing and performance report generation.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, safety protocols, and all applicable regulatory standards.

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in logistics or export sales roles within KSA or GCC regions.
• Proficiency in English communication.
• Bachelor's degree with a scientific field of study.
