Job Summary

Role Opportunity
As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be instrumental in evaluating and enhancing LLM and agent-based AI systems within our product range. Your responsibilities include creating evaluation frameworks, establishing benchmark metrics and datasets, analyzing performance, and collaborating with product and engineering teams to define metrics for AI success.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy machine learning models utilizing PyTorch and related tools.
- Create and execute evaluation frameworks for large language models and agentic AI systems.
- Develop benchmarks and test datasets to measure model quality and reliability.
- Analyze model outcomes to spot areas for enhancement.
- Work closely with product and engineering departments to establish AI success criteria.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Demonstrated experience in creating machine learning or AI solutions.
- Expertise in machine learning evaluation and benchmarking specifically for LLM or agent-based AI.
- Strong proficiency with PyTorch or similar deep learning platforms.
- Hands-on experience deploying machine learning models in production settings.
- Advanced Python programming skills including familiarity with libraries like NumPy, Pandas, and Scikit-learn.
- Thorough understanding of neural networks, computer vision, natural language processing, or comparable AI fields.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related discipline.
