Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure adherence to maintenance regulatory standards within assigned areas.
  • Collaborate with maintenance leaders and craft teams to pinpoint plant underperformance issues and support corresponding improvement plans.
  • Manage SAP data accuracy concerning plant and equipment configurations, maintenance protocols, task lists, and work orders in line with Diageo's Work Planning and Scheduling guidelines.
  • Coordinate with Asset Care Leaders and Technicians to guarantee thorough technical assessments and planning before scheduling work requests.
  • Guide and motivate store teams to enhance planning efficiency through job knitting according to EABL standards.
  • Support and drive the implementation of the MMS Asset Care Strategy alongside Equipment Owners, Asset Care Technicians, and Operators.
  • Lead weekly integrated Asset Care planning meetings to discuss maintenance schedules, report performance, and agree on improvement actions with stakeholders.
  • Participate in Daily Operational Review meetings to present Asset Care performance and promote actions for compliance and improvement.
  • Address and prioritize any non-compliance issues related to scheduled maintenance work.
  • Consistently apply Leader Standard Work practices ensuring optimal use of resources, time, and materials in weekly maintenance schedules.
  • Strive for continual performance enhancements through decisive action planning and execution.
  • Assess spare parts inventory needs and recommend improvements in inventory control systems.
  • Execute procurement activities for spares, materials, and outsourced services as per Facilities Management protocols.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Hands-on experience in manufacturing or maintenance environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive, methodical approach to problem-solving, preferably with knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, or Manex frameworks.
  • In-depth understanding of RCPS, 5S, SUTR, and Autonomous Maintenance practices.
  • Basic financial literacy, grasping business drivers and budgeting.
  • Demonstrable success in maintenance management, including improving KPIs, planning efficiency, adherence, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Graduate degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Process Engineering.
  • Strong data analysis capabilities; proficient in MS Excel, Word, and systems like SAP, Harford, Orbis, STRATA, and Power BI.
