Role Overview and Responsibilities
- Build and nurture partnerships with referring doctors, clinics, hospitals, and other healthcare providers to boost referral networks.
- Promote the hospital's specialty services to drive increased patient referrals and awareness.
- Develop new business opportunities via alliances with corporate entities, TPAs, industries, and institutions.
- Organize and participate in field visits, Continuing Medical Education (CME) sessions, health camps, and community awareness initiatives.
- Identify and capitalize on emerging referral prospects, ensuring consistent engagement with consultants.
- Monitor market competition and stay updated with healthcare sector trends.
- Consistently meet monthly business objectives and provide regular daily and weekly management information system (MIS) reports.
- Collaborate with clinical and operations departments to ensure effective referral management processes.
