Job Overview
Ajz Industries Private Limited is seeking a dependable Office Boy to support daily activities within the office and ensure cleanliness and orderliness throughout the workspace.
Primary Duties
- Promptly serve tea, coffee, and water to employees and visitors.
- Regularly wash and sanitize cups, glasses, and pantry equipment.
- Safely carry documents, files, and small parcels between various departments and floors.
- Keep water dispensers filled by monitoring and replenishing water cans.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the office, pantry, and conference rooms.
- Conduct minor errands and assist administrative personnel with routine tasks as required.
Candidate Requirements
- Completion of 10th or 12th grade is preferred.
- Between zero to two years of experience as an Office Boy or Peon; freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Exemplary punctuality, diligence, reliability, and courteous behavior.
- Basic proficiency in Tamil is mandatory; familiarity with Hindi or English is an advantage.
