Overnight Associate

Position Overview

This role involves delivering excellent customer service by performing tasks related to receiving merchandise and managing its movement to the sales floor. Key activities include unloading trailers, moving pallets to appropriate locations, and assisting with merchandise processing within a safe and tidy store environment. The Associate will collaborate with team members to effectively manage workload and operational duties during overnight hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare the sales floor ahead of store opening.
• Set up merchandise displays, including merchandising and signage.
• Perform live unloading of various merchandise types.
• Focus heavily on labeling and organizing merchandise within backroom storage bins and stock areas.
• Transport pallets to and from the sales floor during overnight processing.
• Assist with stocking merchandise on the sales floor as directed and provide customer support when needed.
• Label areas of the sales floor to prepare for store opening.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and hazard-free work environment by following company policies and completing safety checks, including securing displays and fixtures.

Compensation

The starting hourly wage for this position is $16.05.
