Position Overview
This opportunity is for a Partnerships Manager role focused on data collaborations, offered on a full-time and fully remote basis. The position centers on strategically building and sustaining key data partner relationships to strengthen platform functionality and growth, with an expected annual compensation ranging between $110,000 and $220,000.
Core Responsibilities
- Design and implement strategies to identify, assess, and integrate new data partners from diverse industries.
- Lead negotiations and formalize partnership contracts covering data exchange terms, pricing, and service agreements.
- Work closely with multiple departments including engineering, legal, and product teams to ensure data partnerships align with both business objectives and technical needs.
- Track and evaluate partnership outcomes by monitoring key performance indicators such as data volume, data accuracy, and financial impact.
- Guarantee compliance with applicable regulatory and ethical standards, including GDPR, CCPA, and internal policies governing data use.
Required Qualifications
- At least five years’ experience in data partnerships, business development, or related areas within technology or data infrastructure sectors.
- Proven ability in negotiating contracts and managing complex agreements.
- Comprehensive knowledge of data governance frameworks and privacy legislation such as GDPR and CCPA.
- Skilled in analyzing partnership metrics to extract meaningful business insights.
- Exceptional communication capabilities to effectively engage with internal teams and external partners.
- Understanding of API integration techniques, data structure formats (JSON, CSV), and use of external data platforms.
