Overview
We are seeking a Learning & Development Partner who excels at combining facilitation and execution. This role involves partnering with leadership and teams to enhance skills, reinforce culture, and create impactful learning programs that drive measurable improvements across the site and targeted business areas. Responsibilities span from supporting new employee orientation programs to designing and delivering development initiatives that align with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and facilitate new hire onboarding sessions both in-person and virtually, handling event logistics, communication, and schedule management to ensure new employees start with clarity and confidence.
- Lead various training sessions focusing on leadership, communication, motivation, and organizational culture, customizing content according to different leadership groups while maintaining program consistency.
- Design engaging and results-oriented learning experiences applying instructional design models such as ADDIE and 4MAT, working closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into effective training solutions.
- Provide coordination and support for People Development projects, ensuring timely delivery and demonstrating program value.
- Evaluate training effectiveness primarily at reaction and learning levels using Kirkpatrick’s evaluation model, advancing toward behavior change assessments.
- Partner with leaders and HR colleagues to identify workforce development needs and connect them with appropriate learning resources.
Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of experience in Learning and Development, Organizational Development, or HR roles within fast-evolving and change-driven environments.
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree or related experience; advanced qualifications or certifications such as ICF, ATD, or SHRM-CP are advantageous.
- Demonstrated expertise in independently designing, measuring, and delivering comprehensive training programs utilizing the full ADDIE process.
- Proven capability to manage end-to-end execution including orientation logistics, communications, and training evaluation.
- Strong communication, prioritization, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and aptitude for learning internal business systems.
