About the Role

This position entails close collaboration with the Deputy Crown Solicitor and Assistant Crown Solicitors to lead, manage, and implement systems, procedures, and processes that uphold high-quality service delivery and efficient resource allocation. You will provide strong leadership and supervision to team members while supporting wider administrative and managerial activities.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the execution of systems and processes to ensure quality service delivery.
- Supervise team members, overseeing performance, resource distribution, and adherence to professional standards.
- Assist in broader administrative and managerial tasks as required.
- Ensure alignment of team objectives with organizational goals and client needs.

Employment Details and Benefits
