Job Overview

We are searching for a Product Designer to join our Toing team based in Bengaluru, operating in a hybrid work setup. This role is designed for professionals with 1 to 3 years of experience in consumer-facing product design. As a Product Designer, you will spearhead the entire design process for impactful projects, working closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to develop user-friendly, scalable internal systems targeted primarily at Gen Z users. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including product management, product marketing, merchandising, operations, sales, engineering, and analytics.
• Innovate selectively and prioritize reuse of existing design elements where feasible.
• Maintain and elevate Swiggy and Toing’s standards of design excellence.
• Create intuitive and precisely crafted user experiences that make a tangible impact.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience designing for B2C products.
• Proven track record of delivering impactful and polished design solutions.
• Solid grasp of interaction design principles and proficiency in prototyping tools.
• Expertise in collaborating with engineering teams and delivering pixel-perfect work.
• Experience working in dynamic, fast-moving organizations.
• Proactive attitude with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
• Exceptional attention to detail and refined visual aesthetics.
• Familiarity with design systems and framework-led design methodologies.
