About the Product

Dotdigital offers a comprehensive customer experience and data platform (CXDP) enabling marketing teams to deliver personalized, multi-channel campaigns. The platform unifies and segments customer data, enhances decision-making, and leverages AI to automate deeply personalized experiences across numerous channels including web, email, SMS, WhatsApp, chat, push, social, and ads.

Role Overview

The Product Manager will join the Connectivity & Insights team focused on enhancing integration capabilities between Dotdigital’s product suite and customers' tech ecosystems. This position supports the expansion of valuable integrations, improves user experience, lowers entry barriers, and promotes adoption across Dotdigital’s CXDP and its Fresh Relevance personalization platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a product roadmap for integrations aligned with Dotdigital’s strategic priorities.
• Conduct ongoing research with stakeholders to analyze the integrations landscape, industry trends, and competitors, helping Dotdigital differentiate in the market.
• Evaluate API schemas and authentication requirements to determine integration capabilities with internal and external platforms, including Tray iPaaS.
• Collaborate across engineering, UX, and business teams to design solutions, validate assumptions, assess value and risk, and define success metrics.
• Analyze outcomes, share insights, and iterate on product direction based on learnings.
• Engage proactively with internal teams, customers, partners, and prospects to understand integration demands and influence prioritization.
• Support crafting an integration strategy to maintain Dotdigital’s leadership in the integrations domain through market research and internal insights.
• Provide input on pricing and packaging strategies during feature or product development.
• Manage launch planning and communication, including sharing rationale, insights, and anticipated improvements from previews.
• Partner with Product Marketing to create effective launch messaging for new integration features.
• Lead the full product development cycle for integration-related features, ensuring timely and value-driven delivery via Agile methodologies.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience managing full product lifecycles from ideation through delivery and post-launch iteration within Agile frameworks.
• Familiarity with API protocols, authentication methods, and iPaaS platforms (Tray experience advantageous).
• Hands-on approach to product discovery and delivery, with a commitment to product success and openness to seeking collaboration when needed.
• Strong ability to build relationships across customers, partners, sales, engineering, and other stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills, able to articulate vision clearly and foster productive dialogues.
• Highly organized, skilled at coordinating cross-functional teams and managing obstacles effectively.
• Problem-solving aptitude with the ability to integrate knowledge and people to address complex technical challenges successfully.
• Strong ownership mentality, prioritizing delivering value over process compliance.
• Experience experimenting with AI tools to enhance product management capabilities such as ideation, prototyping, and research.
