Program Delivery Specialist - Innovation & Learning Center

About the Role

Join the Innovation & Learning Center (ILC) team in Singapore, where you'll advance digital manufacturing and design using the latest Industry 4.0 technologies. The role involves operating a live production line equipped with cutting-edge digital tools while providing hands-on training in lean and digital methods to significantly improve operational performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage and operate processes and equipment on the ILC's production line.
• Lead and facilitate workshops focused on lean and digital capabilities for manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, and product development domains.
• Continuously enhance the learning environment and design innovative curricula to increase educational effectiveness.
• Collaborate closely with consultants to address client challenges by formulating and delivering innovative, context-specific solutions.
• Build strong partnerships with industry and technology stakeholders who contribute to the ILC.
• Work in conjunction with other internal solutions and asset teams to create customized client engagements and internal training experiences.
• Serve as a strategic partner to consultants by customizing client workshops using the full range of tools available at the facility.
• Drive the ongoing development and future strategy for the ILC's offerings and workshops.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in planning, designing, and executing in-person workshops targeted at clients and senior leadership audiences.
• Strong academic track record coupled with a demonstrated interest or expertise in operations, manufacturing, or digital content development.
• Excellent ability to build collaborative relationships with clients and leadership teams.
• Proven capabilities in project management and problem-solving, demonstrated in professional or extracurricular contexts.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
