About the Role
This position involves coordinating activities to ensure the Planning and Performance programme portfolio functions smoothly. The role combines efforts across various workstreams to manage information effectively, facilitate clear communications, and apply governance procedures consistently. The job demands independent problem solving, innovative thinking to optimize processes, and excellent organizational skills to maintain alignment and progress of programme activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Keep the RAID log and action tracker up to date, follow up with respective owners for updates, and escalate any risks or issues as needed.
- Organize periodic reporting submissions, monitor timelines, and compile comprehensive final reports.
- Maintain precise documentation ensuring compliance with governance standards and audit requirements.
- Enhance templates, trackers, and reporting workflows to improve clarity and operational efficiency.
Candidate Profile
- Proven organizational and coordination capabilities, able to juggle multiple tasks, deadlines, and sources of information simultaneously.
- Confidence and proficiency in IT, particularly utilizing Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint effectively.
- Meticulous attention to detail in managing logs, trackers, meeting minutes, and structured data.
- Skillful in gathering, verifying, and summarizing data to aid reporting and facilitate decision-making.
