Role Overview
As a Project Coordinator in our Perth office, you will be essential in facilitating project execution by collaborating with internal teams and external clients to ensure projects proceed as planned. Your support will cover the management of site documentation, progress monitoring, and assisting delivery from initial planning stages through to project completion.
Key Duties
- Organize and keep project documentation up-to-date and accurate, ensuring timely processing.
- Assist project delivery via reporting, tracking progress, and performing administrative tasks across several projects.
- Oversee certification and compliance requirements supporting project finalization.
- Coordinate invoicing, progress claims, and financial paperwork following project needs.
- Help track job budgets, manage expenditure, and adhere to internal procedures.
- Maintain critical project registers with precise and current data.
- Communicate with internal departments and external partners to promote successful project outcomes.
- Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of processes, systems, and administrative practices.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is highly organised and attentive to details, possessing experience in supporting projects within construction or manufacturing sectors. You handle multiple priorities effectively and are dedicated to maintaining accuracy and smooth operations.
You will bring:
- Background in project or contract administration, preferably in construction or manufacturing.
- Excellent communication abilities and experience building cooperative relationships across teams.
- Strong focus on detail and organisational prowess.
- Skill in balancing numerous tasks and meeting deadlines efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
- Knowledge of invoicing processes, budgeting, and project financials.
