Role Summary and Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects involving interior fit-out, civil, and MEP disciplines.
• Evaluate shop drawings, technical specifications, and material submissions for compliance and quality.
• Develop and maintain project timelines, daily progress reports, and allocation of necessary resources.
• Perform regular site inspections, handle Requests for Information (RFIs), and maintain quality assurance standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Serve as a liaison coordinating activities between subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project operations.
• Assist the Project Manager in managing client communications and maintaining project documentation.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years experience working on interior fit-out, civil, and MEP projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture is mandatory.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and other project monitoring tools is essential.
• Strong familiarity with high-end residential and commercial fit-out projects.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and team coordination abilities.
• Experience within the UAE or GCC region is preferred.
